Lake Eola Park
To get away from some of the busier tourist destinations, you can plan to spend a few hours at Lake Eola Park. It is best to plan this visit at night so you can go to the water and light show at the Centennial Fountain.
Orland Science Center
To get a little learning in during your Orlando vacation, try a visit to the Orlando Science Center. This is a great destination for both adults and children.

If you visit Orlando between November and April, make sure to catch an Orlando Magic basketball game. If you are a sports fan, you won't want to miss out on this opportunity!
Shopping Areas
One of the best malls in Florida, the Florida Mall is located near International Drive and has more than 150 shops to choose from. If you still have energy after that, the Mercado Shopping Village isn't too far from the Florida Mall. This shopping village is also an excellent place to eat and has a variety of great restaurants.

Because Orlando gets literally tens of millions of visitors every year, there is no shortage of hotels to choose from. From luxury to budget, you can find a hotel in any price range. Naturally, hotels that are located nearest to downtown and popular attractions will cost more, but these hotels are often worth the extra money. When you stay near many attractions, you won't have to spend as much on transportation. The best way to find Orlando hotel deals is to do an online search.
